She is using her pinky and third finger on the upstroke to hit simultaneous, string-apart strings, such a clever and original idea. It sounds like a dulcimer with the nylon. Reminds me of the Guitar moves interview with Blake mills where he talks about "how the greats try to make the guitar sound like another instrument" and then precedes to mimic a siktar on his Telecaster.

I find it amazing that knowing the words aren't even necessary to hear the beauty and passion in her voice. Not only that, but she is is a talented enough musician that she uses her voice as an expressive instrument much like a trumpet or guitar, full of ornamentation. Half the time she isn't even saying words, but the sounds are just delightfully gorgeous.

@@saravananv9375 i think it is stardard tuning but you gotta play the harmonic on the two high strings with your pinky finger not just play them open.. that thew me off for a bit while trying to play it

@@samfoot7554 I figured all strings in her guitar tuned down half step from standard tuning. This makes it easier for the pinky to reach some far away notes.
