Char and Amuro's final verbal exchange was so descriptive of why things ended the way they did - Amuro couldn't begin to understand Char while Char refused to consider or understand Amuro's point of view. Forever at odds until the bitter end.

Actually, Amuro did understand Char, he just understood that it was wrong to kill so many people in the pursuit of evolution. Char was pushed to the extreme due to losing so many people. Amuro, meanwhile, maintained his humanity and his faith in Mankind. Where as Char disregarded it and believed the only way that humanity could achieve redemption was their suffering.

So happy I got to see this film in theaters for the anniversary, It was so fun to watch with all the other Gundam fans in my area. Plus the message from Tomino at the end talking about the fanbase here in the west and that he's thankful we love his work a lot was such a touching thing to view.

I really missed out on it. Intended to watch it, but I didn't really know too much about the UC era at the time and thought I might miss a lot of key details from MSG, ZG, and ZZG (Which I was right). Maybe one day they'll do another release again.

シャアと小室哲哉さん似てると私も思います。容姿も金髪ですし、マントも似合いますしね。 アイドル好きでロリコンぽい所もw そう言えば、赤のフェラーリに小室さん乗ってましたね。MSを次々と換えるといった飽きぽさも、合理主義で非情で負けず嫌いな所、共通点多いと思います。 クワトロ ・バジーナならぬ、コムロ・バジーナですね‼️

この作品に登場する人々の痛みは、ある程度歳を取らないと分からないかもしれない。 若いうちはロボとか外見上のモノしか見れないから。 人の痛みが分からないから人類は殺し合う、それは本当に悲しい歴史です・・・本当に悲しい。

I guess it doesn't make sense for the people carrying out the axis drop to change sides at the last minute but I think it's clear why it happened. They proved Amuro right, that it was his responsibility to show everyone the light of the human heart. It'd be pretty moving seeing a lone federation pilot trying to push back an entire asteroid on his own. Might give some perspective that earth noids aren't the federation government, they're just people trying to live. Maybe it was the psychoframe that was able to broadcast Amuro's feelings across the battlefield as it began to go haywire. Idk for all of CCA's dumbass writing I think it's justified to have what like half a dozen zeon pilots get caught up in the moment or see it as a chance at redemption

最後の敵味方関係なくアクシズを協力して押し返すシーンに感動しました．．．

amuro almost single-handedly turned the tides of second neo zeon war. and he went almost unscathed minus a kick in the abdomen and a minor scratch in the skirt armor.

He lost the funnels, rifle, beam sabers and more, had to dash all over the place and use all sorts of forms of combat and tactics, funnel, ranged, decoys, swordplay, fist fighting, and the cut on the skirt armour was dangerously close to hitting the cockpit. It was pretty even, but amongst the many things this movie should get changed in a rewrite is making this fight an even closer call.

@@nerosmith2578 He lost the funnels fighting A jagd doga, alpha azieru(which firepower wise is more powerful than the nu gundam while avoiding to kill quess) multiple geara dogas and finally the sazabi Char just had to disable nuclear warheads and some jegans. It wasn't really close. The only reason he lost his rifle is char caught him off guard. Char is good. But amuro is just on the whole other level. Despite what you said, my point still stands the nu gundam only took 2 legit hits on it's body. Only reason it could've been closer is it was char's fault amuro reached that said level and refusing to destroy an unmanned nu gundam.

@@clevelandbrown4008 Char was also fighting a bunch of Jeagans manned by experienced pilots, so you could apply the same logic there. In a fight the line between getting out unscathed or being permanently crippled or killed can be very very small, this fight has that element but it's not conveyed very well. You are supposed to take Char's "honor" in not destroying the unmanned Gundam and him leaking the psychoframe tech so they could make a mobile suit on par with the Sazabi into account for the result of the fight, but it's still underwhelming. Still Amuro obviously won, problem is that he won a bit too comfortably for a fight that represents the end of classic Gundam and one of the most iconic rivalries in anime. As with many things with Char's Counter Attack, it's poorly delivered/thought out. The outcome of the fight is disappointing, but even the cool sequence is really devaluated over how stupid the reason for fighting is, not to mention Char's terrible plan. There are some really cool concepts, but the whole thing should be massively rewritten, or started again from Zeta.

他のガンダムでもあったけど、逆襲のシャアは特に量産型MSが量産型には見えなかった。全部のMS、パイロットが輝いているように見えたな〜　ラストのシーンは特に。

逆襲のシャアはガンダムを好きになったきっかけ。 これを見て、アムロやシャア達の過去のことや今後のストーリー、宇宙世紀で、ほかに何が起こっていたのか、が見たくなった。 モビルスーツより、パイロット達のストーリーに惹かれました。

シャアの純粋さを笑いたくない。一生懸命な人を冷笑して、冷めたものの見方をして大人になった気になりたくない。仕方ない、と言いたくない。 シャアは多分「仕方ない」で割り切れなかったんだと思う。 ララァのことばかり取り上げられるけど、そんなことでシャアの来歴を軽視してほしくない。シャアが二度にわたって母を失ったことは心の深い部分にダメージを与えたと思う。でもアクシズを落としたのは狂気でもなんでもないと思う。

@@NeoZ45 Yeah there if your not piloting a getter you're basicly canon fodder and this goes for most of the Universes in the Getter Multiverse, The orignal saga The Dino Empire, Andromida Country and Getter Emperor are all a serious threat, Armegedon your food for the invaders,Dinogetter We have dinosaur overlords,New Getter Robo had the Oni and 4 devine kings, and if your in Devoultion he he he yeah well your odds of suriveing the 1 year War in a Ball is higher. Only 2 Getter Universes that are slightly sane and safe are the the 70s Anime and GO (the anime not the manga the manga is part of the og saga). Yeah The UC is practicaly a tranquil flower garden compaired to the Getter Robo multiverse only thing that could be worse than being in a Getter Universe is if you were in a universe where Mazinger Zero showed up as at that point I'd say Kiss your ass good bye but you don't have enough time to XD

Oh yeah fuck being a MS pilot that would be hell. You're stuck in a metal coffin, under constant threat from an invisible enemy who can fire a near light speed one shot beam from anywhere. 360 degrees and every single angle could be where an enemy attacks from. Plus, if you're a grunt you're as good as dead once a main character shows up

この曲カッコいいなぁ。 なぜ今まで聞かなかったんだろ。

Ok ngl the dub for CCA is really good,and I consider it one of the best dubbed anime,and it really fits for all of the voice Mecha Design is fucking top tier,with the Nu Gundam,Sazabi,Jegan,Geara Doga,and Jagd Doga are some of,if not my favorite mechanical designs in the series So,overall,best scene,score,and Mecha in my opinion in the series

That Char was right .... Just look how earth and humanity looks in Victory, F91 and crossbone . The whole goverment collapsed in UC223 and than Turn A happened and the cycle repeats .

Once I get an idea for a video, it’s tough to let go of it. I know everyone hates the show, and truthfully I haven’t finished it yet, but I promise it will be a good video

あかん 絶対ハサウェイ見て泣くわ今年

i have the movie at home on blu-ray, but i'm still bummed out that i missed out on seeing it at a local movie theater. i overslept and by the time i woke up, the movie was completely over. on top of getting to see this classic on a huge screen, i also would've gotten a free poster.

@@alexanderavila2514 Amuro kicks the shit out people, grabs them by the neckline like he does to Char in the horse scene, etc, and then for Final Smash, he gets the Gundam and you just see a foot walk aross the screen stomping shit

@@clostridiumtetani9947 I'd try to make his move set a bit more true the character and the final smash too. I'd probably have smash attack involve the Gundam in some way and I think Amuro's foward throw would be a slam on the floor followed by an elbow hit, and a quick fist jab.

If gundam ever gets added in smash, i would like it to be domon kasshu or master asia, they're the only gundam pilots i know that can kick ass without their mobile suits

ガンダムに興味ないのにアニメというだけで小学生の頃に映画館で見たなぁ。話の内容は分からず面白いとも思わなかったけど歌が最高で、いまも最高。 この映画のチケットを購入したときだったかな、金色のガンダムのプラモデルが当たった！プラモデル作ったことないけど作ろうとして接着剤を着けたら金色が溶けたのか剥げて汚くなったから捨てた。

great job on the video! i really dig the remix of this song...dont know how u did it, but awsome! but one thing that bugs me about the dub is that when nanai calls out to char, she refer to him as captain...that will translate into 大尉 but actually she calls him 大佐 which will translate into colonel. but maybe its a navy term instead...dunno...but colonel sounds more appropriate. once again, the video is awsome!
