The Prime 20K is newer for one, it’s rated for 450 vs 300 battery cycles, it supports 65W output over USB-A for some smartphones, and when using both C ports, you can do 100 + 100W output for a total of 200W.
However, this 200W as discovered by AllThingsOnePlace can only be sustained for 5 minutes without overheating. In addition he discovered that for most of the charging time, the powerbank wasn’t cruising at 100W, it was doing 50W, therefore it took 1.5 hours to charge.
The 737 has a larger battery capacity, 140W single port output, 140W sustained recharge, meaning even with a 100W charger, it only takes 61 minutes for a full charge, based on my experience. The 737 also has a output only USB-C port, meaning if you have a device that wants to charge the powerbank instead of the other way around, your stuck with the Prime 20K, while the 737 can still charge it. The biggest advantage is the PPS mode on the 737. The 737 supports PPS at 21V 5A, versus 11V 3A with the Prime 20K. What this means is it supports Samsung Super Fast Charging at 45W vs 25W with the Prime 20K, as well as supporting Quick Charge 5.0.
The 737 also doesn’t overheat when you try charging it or discharging it at its full power, unlike the Prime 20K.

I’ve used it a few times now out on site and never noticed any real power drain so I can’t really answer that question sorry but it does last a long time
