For sure, this can sleep lots of people. I'd love to hear real stories of folks who bought and live in these and about how so many people manage in it. I prefer my master bath next to my master bathroom. Clever how they "squeezed" the half bath in under the stairs.

Where are you located and how much are you selling this for?

New to the game and we are in the market for a long term place to stay. I’ve heard the A/C’s on these do not keep it cool in the summer. Is this true? Like I said, I am new and your videos are helping me so much and I am grateful. Thanks!!

Ok love this rig, love the 1/2 bath but it’s in the wrong spot. Full bath should be by master bedroom, 1/2 bath by the front door. Just don’t know how they’d do that 🤷‍♀️

I have a question about these park models...we have solar only, 30amps at plug is max we can get, will this still work thr AC units if we have soft start? Also, any idea of the sq footage of this beauty?

@@TheRVHunter They put that open space below the sink so you can really dig in and that counter top is perfect to place your arm for additional leverage/push power!

I'm new to travel trailers. I saw the specs on this that the length is 45.2 ft. Is that from ball to bumper or just the exterior length of the box. Coming from the mechanical industry with clearly defined dimensions on every piece of equipment, I don't know why they make it so confusing and just don't give a dimensional drawing with their floor plan. I looked through all the Forest River forms and everybody's confused about this. This industry needs to get on their game to make it easier for people to understand. Sorry if I missed it in your video, If you did mention it and thanks and advance.
