Worst thing about mobile and manufactured homes is heater placement is awful loud when in the hall other carport hall is ok . Expensive work around is HVAC in back or side

Homes after 1976 are referred to as manufactured homes, not mobile homes

Thanks for the video. You did not make mention of under belly inspection. I’m in s. Fl. Looking to purchase a mobile home, 1964. (Well maintained) I imagine the blower shorten your exterior inspection

Your comment was a month ago, but may I ask did you buy a cheaper one n fix up as it's a 1964 I assume cheaper and what condition? I'm looking at a 1974 for cheap. If u don't respond it is wat it is. Thanks. Have good day

Do u suggest to cover up the holes on the bottom on the home aswell inside where the pipes come in with a foam sealer?

I am looking at making a purchase this year or early next year and would like to come and view your lot, please inform us how the proccess works and also do you deliver the home and set it up? Also please don't do another video if there is going to be noise in the background, very unprofesional and distracting from the content, this is a serious purchase for many including myself spending thousands for a purchase that for most will be the most expensive purchase of their life, that lack of concern worries me, thank-you, good info nevertheless.

Did you sell it ? I’m thinking about starting a mobile home transport business myself. I own 4 parks and think it could be a good venture. Did you get insurance on the trucks and if so would you mind sharing how much it was ?

Lot of people will subcontract out the transport so they don’t hVe to own trucks, insurance and etc. Good money right now with install and tear down .
