+DoubleDee ́s Rc Channel Danke, Kamera ist eine Nikon AW, die kann das ab. Sie waren nach 8 Stunden fertig. Es wäre aber auch in 6 Stunden gegangen, aber - wie peinlich - sie haben den Kranhaken vergessen und 2 Stunden Pause gemacht

It is an excellent video in which you can appreciate the performance of this crane

I have worked on heavy haulage trailers with air brakes and hydraulics ,and that was a big deal. These cranes are next next level.

Fascinating, I always wondered how very heavy objects were lifted or moved so now I know it is done with a thing they call a Liebherr.

Nana, da hat Colonia aber geschummelt. der kran darf normalerweise nicht mit der hinteren abstützung auf öffentlichen straßen gefahren werden. die 12 tonnen achslast erreicht der kran lt Datenblatt bereits zur mit der vorderen abstützung. aber ich will mich nicht beschweren, ich würde es genau so machen

I wonder how much a new set of main rams cost for that beauty?

I have some questions. 1. Considering the size and total mass of this crane, I want to know what subsurface review was done (or is necessary) before such a machine is set up? From my +50 years heavy engineering experience the surface may look solid, but just below it is often a labyrinth of "service pipes, conducts, drains, and like. PLUS the unexpected "sink hole" formed from a leaking pipe or old filled in creek or river bed. I would expect at the least a review of council/town/road authority and a test with Ground Penetrating Radar to test for hidden voids under the planned outriggers foot plates. Way to expensive a crane to tip over due to sloppy per-setup project planning. 2. I am curious what extra training is requied for a crane operator to be given an endorsement ticket to work this machine

There are bigger one's tho, mammoet has one in NL with 10axles. Sadly cranes in Germany cant drive alone or faster then 60km/h witch is dangerous. In NL they go 80/85km/h witch is a lot safer. Those cranes are made fot the wheigt and can brake at the se speed as a truck if they have too.

That is the issue and it might have cost some millions of euros because of two things: time to get the flipped over crane out, and time construction could not continue.
