Anytime anybody becomes a multimillionaire, and you want to buy your mom a house. Then by your mom a house, which means put it in her name, and pay it 100% off. So when you become 80% of the people that lose their millions eventually within five years. Your mom won’t lose her house cause she can’t afford the ridiculous monthly payments. So pay it off while you still have money.

Suge has a old street dude mentality. He did not pay off or sell off their old hood house. it just stayed vacant and empty not even renting it our or selling it (mistake). He just put a down payment for a new house still in the Simi hood because he wanted to brag to other hood people that they living better than them (mistake). He did not pay it off or pay anything off because he just wanted a pile of cash instead of investing or building credit (mistake). And he thought the money always would roll in (mistake). Did not get life insurance for his parents or himself (mistake). Everything Suge did was terrible.
