DJ Vlad starts this clip off by talking about Drakeo The Ruler's untimely murder backstage at his own concert and the role that he played in the tragic occurrence along with the assailants. In response, Mob James indicates that rappers have to be more mindful of the things that they say about one another in the public eye. This prompts DJ Vlad to take an emotional trip down memory lane where he mentions a plethora of rappers who he's interviewed that have since passed away such as Fbg Duck, Jaydayoungan. From there, the two men engage in a thought provoking discussion about the perception of power and how it contributes to violence in the African American community. This leads to talk about Larry Hoover legal predicament behind bars.

    To me some of the things that power is when you are able to affect other people's lives for the bad or for the better, when you can affect your city & state, your community or neighborhood, politics, schooling or education, employment, housing. Black people we need power by us living in 4-12 cities & states of our own separated from Caucasians/white people & other darker people where we can govern ourselves. Giving Black people 4-12 cities & states of our own should be apart of our reparation package which also should include land & money.

    Street cred is power if that is the environment you exist in. People often go by the definitions of power in their own surroundings. For some people love is power. For some people fear is power.     There's different levels of power. Just because the power of being the Top Gangster in your hood doesn't translate into world wide power doesn't mean it's not a type of power. Different levels has the ability to affect greater areas of influence. Meek Mill ain't got the same level of power as Jay-Z and Jay-z doesn't have the same power as Warren Buffet.
