Please add video on how long balcony can be extended outside pillar. For ours, they planned for 9 feet on one side and 5 feet on another. Will balcony sag in the long run. My engineer told if we give TMT extra length in other side of pillar it wont be an issue.

As you know, Heat is conducted through Conduction, Convection and Radiation So the surroundings and reflecting surfaces near the buildings do matter a lot in addition to the direct sun exposure. An inspection through a thermal camera (FLIR or SLEEK or Opgal-ThermApp are available for both Android and iphone) to visually check the hotter zones and to evaluate the effectiveness of Before and After Thermal -Tiles installation. You can use any grout. But chips flooring is also done to enable slope for rain water drain purpose. Otherwise you may need to provide thick ‘tiles base course’.

Roof top is finished with slope for rain water to drain. Bigger sized tiles are not recommended here. 1 x 1 is ideal

First option for go to pile foundation for clay soil. Other wise if small types of house minimum 7 feet footing depth. And You should foundation height 2 or 3 feet rise from the road level.

Technical details were informative sir. But this Terrace tiling should've been layed in Cross Joint Procedure if I'm not wrong. & Recently I've came know that Ceramic Cool Tiles aren't that sustainable for longer periods. A friend's site has been replaced recently with Rocotile which is laid with ceramic cool tiles 5 years before.
