Njn oru small level software service company I'll ninnanu career start cheythee. As he said in the video. I am glad that I started like that. Initially the salaries were low. But it really helped me to learn and grow. And after 2 years, I was able to switch job and get a very good pay compared to the industry standards. And if you are joining a small scale company, make sure that the promoters are genuine and they pay you salary in a timely manner

Interview, Machine Test കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പോൾ അവർ offer letter അയച്ചു തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് But 2 year agreement sighn ചെയ്യത് കോടുക്കണം. എന്നാണ് 2 yearന്റെ മുന്നെ job quit ചെയ്യ്താൽ experience certificate, Reveal letter തരില്ല എന്നതാണ് agreement. 15K/month ആണ് salary പറഞ്ഞത് എനിക്ക് 30K/month വെണം എന്നാണ് ആഗ്രഹം but ഇത് എന്റെ 1st interview ആയിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ BCA 3rd year അണ് പഠിക്കുന്നത് course April lastൽ തീരും അതിനു ശേഷം jobന് കയറിയാൽ മതിയെന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് ഞാൻ Cross Roadsലെ web Development challenge കണ്ടാണ് web development പഠിച്ചത്. ഈ jobന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് നല്ല ഒരു തീരുമാനം എടുക്കാൻ എട്ടൻ ഒരു suggestion പറത്തുതരുമോ please.
