I've been banging out interview prep since Christmas holidays but was demotivated after the async coz I forgot to do a lot of basics such as reflection. Hope to not make these stupid mistakes again in the live MMis and Insha Allah I get the offer, thank you for these life-saving tips brother :)

I've done my asynchronous, however I may have stuttered 3-5 times in a station. Would this have that much of an impact or not? Also what does that 90% overall suitability mean at 0:31? Is that random or is that needed to get an offer?
For the virtual interviews would you be marked down for recoding in ur room without a blank wall?

What type of a score would you say is required over the 7 stations to get an offer?

I don't know the answer to this but I'd imagine you'd have to get a 2 on communication, 4 on content, and your overall suitability to be 'good'. But receiving an offer isn't directly done by the examiners
Do you ask fixed questions to each candidate? Or do you ask follow up questions that are based on the candidate's repsonse?

There are set questions we have to ask, the timing is too tight to deviate but we can ask certain questions to try and guide candidates if they're struggling to give them a chance to get more marks
