For 10 years the London School of Paediatrics has carried out an Annual Trainee Survey to identify what is important to trainees and how it can be improved.
At this years RCPCH conference we presented the analysis of the past 10 years of data - which shows that above all else, the morale and environment of the workplace is critical to overall trainee satisfaction
