I feel if she really had met him in the episodes she probably would’ve understood Astro a lot better possibly. Especially the episodes where Astro was really questioning his past life or who he used to be.

You did a great job! I liked the detail that you can actually see how Uran's hand phases a transparent Toby before taking the Energy cell. (Forbidden Jelly bean-) Another work well done!

I wonder why she never henced her title from the 80s show "Uran The Tomboy". She seems like she could carry on saving the world when Astro is gone, like say for instance she starts off innocent as a child but as teenager she grows into a tomboy aiming to surpass her brother in capability, only to lose him to some robot stronger than pluto. Having no choice but to step into those red boots and fight evil under the alias of Astro Girl. They could have her trained by Atlas, Pluto, and Epsilon. She could even team up with Denkou who also gets trained by Epsilon to use his powers to fight evil too. It be so cool. Sorry if I'm fan fictioning too much, I see so much creativity with Astro ever since 09😅

gotta disagree with the astro girl alias. it'd further solidify her status as "Astro's sister" rather than her own person. in fact, people may even mistake her for a female version of astro when that's not what she is.

@@AngstyKit now that I think about it I don't think she knows who she is, she sees herself as Astro's sister but is that really true? She was programmed to be his little sister but Astro wasn't, he was once human just like Atlas. Uran doesn't know her "real" "brothers" Daichi and Tobio, She was loved and cared for and her "Brothers" were both neglected and traumatized by said neglection and loss. The only times she would be traumatized would be during Pluto's sacrifice because Pluto was practically her only friend at the time and the time she was possessed by the Omega Factor, which is the first time we ever see what she is capable of. But I haven't gotten far enough in the show to see if Pluto's "death" left any impact on her afterwards. Her character basically just exists to be someone else Astro wants to protect. "Early Episodes Atlas" would call her dead weight to Astro, then proceed to put her in his fugitive spotlight just to get the heat off and put it on Astro when he tries to protect her, which would prove Atlas's point about her being dead weight. Which is cruel but accurate to his character, he knows he's giving robots a bad name and he genuinely doesn't care, he wants revenge on his father and he'll do whatever it takes, even sabotage. But back to Uran, her character arc isn't really there and she usually plays the damsel in distress. meanwhile Cobalt and Chi-Tan putting in work, and Chi-Tan is a literal BABY who also gave us the DC character who's superpower is screaming louder than Goku. Now I'm not hating on Uran she is one of my favorites but she has so much potential, 09 Astro didn't want to be Toby by the end of the movie and his father accepted him as Astro, And Uran doesn't have to be Astro let alone dead weight, she's got what it takes. And I think I verged off the theory so much I made a very long reply, I'll be surprised if someone reads the whole thing XD.

yeah, you did stray off topic quite a bit. as for uran finding her own identity, I don't think she'd necessarily stray away from being Astro's sister. sure, she'll definitely need to find herself eventually to surpass her surface programming of "being a sister", but once she does find herself, that doesn't make her not Astro's sister anymore. and for Tobio and Daichi, I don't think uran is related to them at all, since she was made to be _astro's_ sister, and is part of his family. she's definitely more related to tobio since he was the basis of Astro's creation, and atlas given the whole brothers thing he has with astro, but for daichi, there's just no relation at all. but obviously, I like to think that there's room for a familial relationship between uran and tobio had they met.

what I mean is I'm more comfortable animating with MikuMikuDance, and not more advanced software like sfm, blender, etc. plus, I animate on a 7+ year old laptop, so I doubt it's powerful enough to handle those programs I just listed.
