Benson Henderson is an American mixed martial artist who competes for Bellator MMA, currently competing in their Lightweight division. He is a former UFC Lightweight Champion and WEC Lightweight Champion. As of September 27, he is #2 in the Bellator Lightweight Rankings.

One of my favourite fighters ever.

@@definateNini maybe he was over trained or too over excited. It’s a horrible feeling to be gassed and not have your body respond. I experienced that in my last match. I think Rodolfo will come back better with that problem fixed. I know I’m going to come back with the cardio of a Gazelle lol
