How does this only have 2 k views in almost a year this is the best mount escape I can think off in mma and no gi bjj but what happens if they have khabib hips.

Even with heavy hips, this escape works a treat on everyone in our gym, big and small. Really glad it's helped you.

Very nice and one of my favorites. Reminds me of the way Rickson and especially Henry Akins teaches this.

I always do this but it works only on white belts ,blue belts they already know what I will do and how to defend ,I need something new to my game .
