MM Metacraft is a young company manufacturing wide range of aluminium extrusion profiles in India. The company has a state of the art manufacturing plant equipped with Microprocessor based PLC controlled extrusion press of 1100 ton & 600 ton with in-house hot-top melting furnace. The plant has installed production capacity of 4500 MT per annum located at Sahibabad near New Delhi. The plant is also equipped with in-house testing laboratory having most modern testing equipments to meet any demand.

i work on an 20mn press...but damn that looks like its not possible to make Quality profiles at all...my press is old to but everything is much better to produce better qualitiy Profiles...

No homogenizing for the billets after production. Too much manpower for production. Old technology.

yes technology a little bit old, I have a machine is for Automatic tapping Machine, the work efficiency around 600/ h
