I'm sorry. I lost my sister in '14. She left behind my niece, who is 10 now. Burying her aged my mom by 20 years. My sister was only 28. Then gone. No bringing her back.

Eva Under Fire is INCREDIBLE!! And the lead singer is truly one of the nicest people you could meet! Like you mentioned heroin is both the drug and the female hero. She wrote this song as both of her parents overdosed on heroin, and sadly, her father lost his life to it. And since you were wondering, Eva is pronounced like a capital E, or as in "thee". It's two teens on drugs in the movie.

It’s a double meaning. The drug and the female hero. Nice little play with words. The person that takes drugs has to take responsibility before anyone can save them. If they won’t even try to save themselves, no one will be able to help. Those people in the video are sadly victims of addiction. The one at the end is the singer’s (Amanda) father I think Check out The Strong, Until Forever, I Will Fight, and their cover of U2’s With or Without You. They have been doing some quarantine acoustic live sessions. This song is part the soundtrack to the movie Sno Babies, a move about drug addition. Bad Wolves is also featured

The lead singer lost her dad to a heroin overdose - a lot of her music is about addiction and she has a degree in psychology!!
