I don't think I've ever felt more nostalgia than I do for Reach. It was the first real online game I ever played, and I just instantly loved it. The memories from Infection, Shotty Snipers, custom maps ... I miss Halo.

This event saved halo.... Halo 4 killed it. Columbus 2012 will go down as one of the best Halo events ever. Crowd was insane!!!

One hell of a match, I could have sworn Instinct was gonna walk off with the win the way Pistola was going off. But Status Quo was pretty impressive. Nice game from both teams.

I wanted Instinct to win this so badly.... they had it in the bag with two snipers but they were a little too aggressive and it cost them the match :/

i don't understand why lunchbox pushed street instead of taking his sniper to the other vent when pistola was at one vent. they could've had 2 snipers, 1 in each vent and secured rockets with that setup.

Yes they shouldve. they put just as much hard work and time...actually..they practiced more both before and after the Red Bull Lan, Instinct practiced no where near as much, But this was a damn well fought tournament and match,to see the god squad taking out at the 1st event.

I have been watching MLG from 2005 up until they introduced sprint and for the first time in years I stopped caring and I stopped watching. I heard they dropped sprint and all that non halo b.s. and I must say this is the first halo match in a long long time that I was excited to watch.

hindsight is 20/20 dude. The game was so close that you could blame their loss on multiple choices by every member at different points throughout the game. In fact you could even blame decisions made in earlier games because if they had won a game that they lost then countdown slayer wouldn't have even been played.

yeah man. when reach came out, i thought it was nothing like halo 3. then after playing H4...reach doesnt seem that bad lol

1. They only dropped reach for one event. They said its supposed to be making a return. 2. Ive played competitive halo and cod. When you are playing cod with top tier players, its much harder than running around in public matches. CoD is more about gun skill,and faking out your opponents. Its more about setting up in certain positions, you cant base competitive cod off of regular public games. Its much harder, and since its 4v4 things like spawns work correctly.

It's crazy how we didn't really like Reach (It was awful until No bloom/No Sprint), but Halo 4 is so bad that I find myself watching this and actually missing it :/

There were alot of rookie mistakes, but i think thats because of the pressure from, well you know lol. But really it was an amazing match nonetheless.

Wow who would have thought that a team with four of the best players currently in MLG Halo would be beaten by a bunch of newbies?? Roy, Lunchbox, Ogre 2 and Pistola all in one team is almost cheating!

One game doesn't prove that they're the best team there like the announcer said. God Squad is overall a way better team.
