You must complete the first two Smoke missions, when you go to Soul Tombs again it will automatically open for you.

To unlock Scorpion an Sub zero, beat the game as Liu kang and Kung lao. Or you can use cheat codes, found here: ca.ign.com/wikis/mortal-kombat-shaolin-monks/PS2_Cheats

3 years late, i hope you figured out already, but if you don't: you can unlock them by doing cheat codes, or beating the game, if you beat with liu kang, you unlock scorpion, beating the game with kung lao unlocks sub zero, if you want the cheat codes, i can send it here or you can search in google

Its in the Wastelands. When you climb up after the first section with the mercenaries, instead of going across the bridge to the part with Raiden, you can instead wall jump up to an area on the right of the bridge as shown.

1st health upgrade in Acdamey. When you encounter first time with the Johny cage . 2nd health upgrade in living forest mission . Remember when a player have to feed 4 enemies to 4 snake. 3rd in sub-zero arc. 4th one you will get after you from the Jax. In foundry where John cage and kitana is locked in prison. PressR3 3 times to chat with kitana. Secret door will and you have defeat the Kano.

In the room before you face shao kahn you have to interact with kitana about three, or four times than a secret room will open up to a boss fight. After you do it you'll get the upgrade.

Kano is a little easy but it's hard to block his air roll attack. Just watch out for the kombat distance.

You can hear Kung lao/liu kang saying "there's something at the moon" before jumping up to the bridge, maybe you missed it
