Thanks for this! Sold me. I’m gonna find a shop to do this ASAP on my 7.5R DSG. The shifts sound awesome! I can’t stand how aftermarket exhaust sound on the EA888, but this just adds the right amount of noise to it!

You should look at remus exhaust for this car, its much more tame than AWE, Akropovic, APR, etc

Do I need a tune for this? I really can’t afford a tune or an aftermarket exhaust rn but I want more noise lol.

@@timetofl0at340 aftermarket exhausts/ resonator deletes do not add power or change the way your car runs thus you would not need a tune. A downpipe on the other hand is a different story.

ive been looking at these....valves open actually sounds pretty good.

Ya, the bumper shots look really good, I was wondering how knowing it's likely a small camera. :) I have a GP4 Session. I like the small form factor. Maybe I'll get the GP5S. I didn't think I would need the 4K but the image quality is great from the 5! Is there a lens or image quality difference between the Hero and the Session that you know of? The GH5 Shots look real nice too. Any post processing / filters? The vid and car look great! If your considering a drop, I just installed Emmanuel Designs springs yesterday and so far I love them. Just the right drop and only slightly stiffer than stock. I have the ECS spaces as well and so far no rubbing. Great springs at a great price.

I do know that the heros have better quality than sessions and more options, I also did color grade the footage which makes a big difference. I have considered a drop but not sure about lowering because practicality lol

I definitely recommend it, I also have an intake, dogbone insert, and cosmetic stuff (wheels, tint, tails, ppf, obd11). Great car I hope you enjoy yours!

if i had a res delete on can i install a catback exhaust after? or do i need to put the factory resonator back on?

H2z0 the resonator is a part of the stock catcback, the muffler and resonator are all one large price of exhaust. Generally catbacks can be had with or without a resonator

Hi.. in normal or eco mode the sound is up or same with rezonator ? I want remove this resonator but i like now in eco or normal because is very quiet ... i want do this just if the sound is more better just in race mode. Replay me who do that already. Thank you.

i just did a resonator delete to my R. very happy with it. the car is also still quiet in eco and in normal its a little more aparent but still very quiet.

I get a little drone on my 7.5 R if i am doing 80+ in 6th just in the 3-4k band. Other than that, no.

Majinvash - 3k is when the exhaust valves open up, so that sounds about right.

Waste of time as it's not a big enough difference. I'd rather get an ipe exhaust which sounds amazing.

To each their own. Allthough this is a very inexpensive way to get more out of the car for a small mod compared to replacing an entire exaust. I am very happy with it, it gave the car some more deep growl but not enough for it to be obnoxious. Its an everyday driver for me and my wife so its perfect.
