It’s a negative edge character. No need to mash on the buttons. Once you summon just hold the button down and let go and ancestor will hit. Input a button for kenshi then hold a button for ancestor and let go. How the char works.

For anyone struggling with lunging soul, the 42 (down the middle) is really important in timing. It 42 is executed too soon after 1, the ancestor doesn’t have time to recharge. TL:DR. Space between 1,42. It has more time than you think.

Absolutely love this - just picked up the game and have been playing with Kenshi a lot, but his Sento combos are melting my brain. Would this work with the metered version of teamwork?

I absolutely love this combo because there is plenty of room for mistakes without actually dropping the combo!

Been my main combo for like a month now so im happy to see others figure it out but you can get more damage almost 50 consistently if after the second lunging soul you pause for have a sec to give sento time then air 112 into another 3rd lunging soul before face breaker and teamwork

Easily one of the hardest combos in the game to land timing wise. If you can manage to perfectly time this consistently you cracked out for sure. Good video though will keep practicing.

Mad dog in my lunging soul is doing correctly and them its not connecting the combo😢😢😢

I found out that once you call out sento and tap 1 you have have wait a tiny bit longer bf you hit the 4 2 input into lunging soul and he should be able to combo if ppl still having issues just dont press 4 2 right away after you press 1 if that makes sense lol

How do I land lunging souls?

Yooo big homie not to hate or backseat game but that combo you showed in the first 10 seconds you could get 6-7% more but it's kind of tricky on timing

Slice and Dice in R1 and strings are not ther same, i put the names in order the input is not the same. is this an old version of the game?? i have the Named inputs as you with the same list by names marked, it does not work and yes expl, R1 is now slice N Dice , not R2 etc?? PC here default. names are put up in the same order as here anyW. plz help or if its old i need a new combo list like string for kenshi :_)

If you're having trouble with the timing of the 1-> 4-2, instead do 1,3,db3. You don't need to time it, you can do it instantly. It will do a slash launch and then you can press 3 while the opponent is in the air to juggle, and then finish the combo as in the video. So the full thing would be f2,2 - Kameo -1,3,db3 - 3 - 4,2, 3 - 4,db4

The combo is easy to execute but damage is way less than the one shown in video

Down the middle into lunging souls is delayed for me sento dosnt do it regardless of what i do i know im missing something

Everything in this combo is super easy to do, except 1->42. That is simply impossible to do for me, if i wait too long the combo stops, if i do it too early, the combo also stops.

@@samuelparia513 I had the most success using the visual clue of the head and the sword. You press 42 as soon as the opponents head starts to spring back after the 1, or when Sento's sword is about to be vertical after the 1. I still miss 80% of the time but this has worked the best for me.

If you followed everything then there shouldn’t be any issue. It’s either your hesitation or impatience in inputting that lunging soul. I would just trial and error and experience t and see what works for you. Make sure you pay attention to the visual indicators to identify its timing. Which is what I did and figured out. Took me all day to get it right consistently.

Tried like 3 days similar combo. (Playing 5 days) only including all story and invasion season passed in these 4-5 days and learn that combo. The most helpful of your video is the controller. So I know exactly when to press the button. Bcz input like almost never connect with timings and even inputs for 👈👇🅾️ can and sometimes must be called as 👈🅾️👇

Great video. Most think they have to press r1 or r2 to control them individually but that's not the case most of the times. The only technical improvement for the video is to chand meter burn to enhanced special or ex special cause there is no meter burn system in this game.😊

@byronnorwood5577 bro, I don't like to nitpick at all and I know it seems that way but they really are completely different. That's the reason why noone complains about gameplay mechanics in mk1 but they did with 11. Meter burn is a system that came from injustice and because it could be delayed after special move and not instantly, it removed so much risk from so many moves. Now u have to decide if u want special or EX special and then get the reward or face punishment. "Under the mayo" has a great video completely explaining this if u want more.

Im pretty sure this 4 2 into 3 is no longer possible
