MK Party MP John Hlophe addressing the African Legal Professionals Association in Durban

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to talk to you, but in truth, I'm from Nkandla to see Ubaba, MK Party President Jacob Zuma. I'm from there right now, and I won't hide that. I'm here to see Jacob Zuma because the MK Party is not in Parliament. I told him that we need to go to Parliament." said John Hlophe
"I saw him, and I'm happy to announce that on Tuesday, all 58 MK Party MPs will be sworn in at Parliament, and I will lead the opposition." Former Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe

Exactly for who. They took their excellence and rapped it around an individual. How and where did they show case their excellence. By bowing down to a non intellect. Whereas they are. Mxmm. They failed to set up their own legacy in their own right. I hope in Parliament they represent the South African People. We are tired of noise. Even EFF is tired of their own noise. We want change not vengeful individuals who are bringing a score to settle. That's our money that will be paying their lavish life styles. So they better bring on their game. Not for wrong reasons. They have a second chance of redeeming themselves. A chance of demonstrating their intellectual capacity to the world. Why not. We want then to win. For themselves and for us. I don't like either party. But individuals who bring their A game from any party. They win in my book.

Malema won’t compromise his ambitions to become the main leader, he won’t unite unless he is placed a president. That is the problem we have with political parties, because if Malema was interested in uniting with other parties, he would not have created in EFF, he could have consulted with the PAC and AZAPO and ask them to create a super African opposition. ATM was also not supposed to be have been formed, they should have joined the EFF, etc. On top of that the EFF supports LGBTQ+ and the MKP and the ATM are more traditionalists, this to me tells me that one party will have to swallow the other than come together.

From the time of Mandela to Ramaphosa, ANC has been working for the colonial government like a duck on water; peaceful on top, yet peddling to death under. @@vusimngomezulu2500 well, that’s just one aspect of politics. But etymologically politics is the Art of good governance of the city. The word citizen comes from city, as people living in a given area and setting their own rules to govern themselves based on a free-will process. With that said if politics was only dirty then you wouldn’t see a state protecting the people through laws. The dirty side is Politician politics, solely based on the interests of those ones who have seized power in the detriment of the people. Unless you don’t know your own history, Bantu Steve Biko was killed doing politics for the people. In SA that heroes’ list is a long one. Lumumba, Thomas Sankara, recently Khadafi were killed because they were defending the motherland and its true aboriginal people (black Africans).

Are they gonna be released and be compensated for wrongful prosecution resultant from the not so african law that he has been enforcing at least since 1994 with the mandelas and all after "the end of apartheid" or did they not know that they were the propagandists of the 'unafrican law' until the birth on mkp and the impeachment of judges? @@SonOfTheSoil834 in the US and most European countries they are guided by the Roman dutch law/English law which is what in SA we adopted hence they considered themselves civilized through their coded law 😂 that's why a Lawyer from UK it's possible that he can represent you in SA bcz the root of our laws are not that different (Like Thabo Bester called a Lawyer from UK or for Example ICJ ) if we were using our law that would mean we'll isolate ourselve from many international associations bcz our values and principles will be different, meaning for example how we prove a case will be different in many respects Do you see any unfairness in the current law? The unfairness i see is that the very same politicians who claim to respect the law, they manipulate the law otherwise we need Jobs, the thing that we are lacking is action no more laws. Our education is poor, no investment in our skill and tell me how will changing the law decrease crime with no action? How will changing the current law help the schools that are abandoned? Or help those who want to go to university ? We've billions in SA that are spent reckless and you tell me we need to change law 😂😂 we are focusing on the wrong side if we'll focus on a justice system rather than our leaders themselves who are neglecting us

Mr Hlophe emphasis are great practice for all Africans. We need to do what is right for our benefit and the future of our children. At Orania these African practice are done and working perfectly for them. Not every situation needs to be solved by the court, some we can solve them ourselves. The African way of solving problem help in moulding a human being than showing hate.i.e at Orania instead of charging the law breaker in the court of law where the criminal record will be issued they rather punished the law breaker like the same way we use to punish our law breaker under the trees in our local Chiefs centre. This helps to limit the number of none employable people due to criminal records. The problem with us Africans we don't learn from harshly punishment like criminal records but we learn from physical punishment.

That’s what we believe as black african, law must reflects the sociology of African culture. Land belongs to the people not even to the state. State must reflects the will of the people coming together. So state is just entity that manages the land on behalf of and according to the interests of people. We need to do away with Roman Dutch law. Thank you for having a judge that believes in such transformation.
