I agree with everything you said Simon! Sadler would gain more credibility with the supporters if he just admitted that he got it wrong!! What kind of manager takes off a (so called) "striker" at 1-0 down and replaces him with a midfielder... when he has THREE "strikers" sitting on the bench?? One that doesn't have a clue basically!!

Exactly, if he wanted to stiffen up the midfield Tierney could have come on for Stirk. To expect Flash and Tierney to score tge goals to get us back into it was bonkers

Totally agree with your summary today, mate, especially the comments about DJ at the end. Throwing him on at 0-4 is an absolute insult. He got it wrong today in far too many ways.

I don't think Walsall are out of making it to the playoffs, but they need to start winning games and quick. Or it will be mid table obscurity yet again.

Completely agree with your summary Simon. Sadler completely screwed up as usual and then doesn’t accept any blame. Dreadful management. Dreadful team selection and substitutes. Sadler shows himself as incompetent. Stirk is non league at best and was outplayed in every way. And our master tactician leaves him on. Plays 2 strikers that have a proven record of incompetence at scoring. Any goodwill for Sadler has gone now.

Disagree about Stirk but he was badly off the pace, needs games to get back to fitness but key end of season games are not the time

Happens every time we have an extended break, he makes the players worse. I don't know what Daniels role actually was and neither did he. Faal was terrible and should never be starting when DJs on the bench. Bringing DJ on at that point in the game shows you everything. Over a 38 week season we've been excited as fans for 3 weeks. Play off hopes are clearly gone.... and so should be Saddler.

Started the wrong team. Daniels upset the back 3. Stirk was frightened. Bad day bad decisions. Lots of questions to be answered. Goodbye play offs.

Sadler dropped lucky when we had all those injury’s with the personnel he had left it just worked when he has too many players to pick from he’s clueless how to play or who to play poor performance today move onto Monday Up the saddlers
