Justice delayed is equivalent to justice denied besides wrong decisions of the courts including supreme court extremely placed pti at loosing end , except for yaha Afridi who stood and said all was and is wrong pti is in assembly therefore is no word of election commission or supreme court can deny them their seats or being a parliamentary and even otherwise a party , this is high time that for constitutional matters there should be a constitutional courts and ordinary supreme or high courts should stay away from constitutional matters in it's present form

How can PTI be recognised as a political party now, when this status did not exist at the time of Election 2024. They were Sunni Itehad party candidates. Fail to understand this judgement. Sheet case of favouritism and judgement based on political affiliations by the judges. Justice Faiz Isa the most upright Chief Justice of Pakistan should be honoured as the most upright Chief Justice of Pakistan. This court is not the partisan court of Ata Bandial and Saqib Nisar who were the most controversial Chief Justices.
