'Selfish Love' is kinda like a classic song to introduce Miyavi to new listeners. Yes, Miyavi is a man :D And a stunning guitarist. He is also Songwriter, Actor (he already had some smaller roles in Hollywood productions) , UN-Ambassador and the face of some major brands incl. fender. He is well known for his way of playing the guitar, which earned him the nickname 'Samurai guitarist'. Seeing him live is an absolute blast, since he is so full of energy :D

When you said "she" it made me giggle so much 😂 because that was the exact reaction my uncle had when i showed him this as a kid & told him he's a man. My uncle happens to be an incredible guitarist. Miyavi is absolutely incredible & my personal Jimi Hendrix. He does ALL styles of music & never sounds the same, he's a great multi instrumentalist, dancer, singer, song writer, engineer, producer & powerful philanthropist. One of the music legends out of Japan along with Gackt, the Gazette, Do as infinity, Matenrou Opera, Yōsei Teikoku, Versailles, Buck Tick, exist trace, L'arc en ciel, Wagakkiband. I can go on with the Japanese rock legends of Japan. Although Miyavi is more unique "musically" Just in the sense of he has heavy metal, death metal, spanish songs, funk, hip hop, pop etc. Very ecleptic artist & one of my personal Top 5. So happy you guys got to react this. This was way funnier than i expected 🤣

He just played 3 concerts with The Last Rockstars in Tokyo.This group includes Japanese superstars Yoshiki (XJapan), Hyde (L'arc-en-ciel), Sugizo(XJapan and Luna Sea). He also has modeled for Guess. Love that you guys have discovered Miyavi! Even though it's 2024, this was the same song that a lot of people in North America had as their intro to Miyavi around 10 years ago, too haha. If we wanna go older and heavier, I suggest checking out his song Shikenkan Baby. There's no music video though but I think it's just interesting to hear the range he has as a musician. Not sure if you guys watched Arcane (the League of Legends animated series on Netflix) but he was the voice actor of Finn (one of the characters) and even collaborated with another artist for one of the songs on the OST - Snakes by PVRIS ft Miyavi. He's learned to speak English and has released songs in English as well. One that I never got tired of is his song Horizon.

Nope. He's a guy, and that's all him. You should check out more of his songs; he has played with multiple genres over the years and has insane energy live.

Yep MIYAVI is a guy, a freaking beautiful guy too if you look at some pictures of him he is super attractive I have such a crush on him! Both attractive and an amazing musician/songwriter/actor. I recently found out he was in Maleficent 2, I have no idea why i haven't gotten to see the film yet.

Right?! And we just found out Miyavi plays "The Bird" in the movie Unbroken...and he's vicious!! So talented in many ways!

I really hope you guys react to more of miyavi! He's so talented! One of the biggest names in the japanese rock scene!

Man is a legend. I've been listening to him since 2005! And that GigPig was used for so long it was like an era for him. I kind of miss GigPig Boogie. But he has done a lot of stuff you might not even realize. He's an artist worth checking out a bit more.

Miyavi has been in a few Hollywood productions like the Japanese pilot in the new Kong films and the "Bird" in Unbroken, the one running the prisoner camp in the movie.
