Also no idea what they're saying, but the image of the APCs and stroller thing definitely stuck out. My Russian sucks since I moved out of Ukraine to the US in 92, and I need to listen to more of this to get better at picking it up. The first few words are "my small ghetto" and in the chorus he says something about "the beauty of this town". Pretty accurate in picking out the topic of where he lives. He says "come visit if you love to dream" right when the coffin comes in.

Он говорит, что понятия не имеет, о чем трек, но мелодия, подача и тд на высшем уровне, и ещё дополняет, что пытается понять, о чем трек по визуалу. Сказал, что похоже ребята говорят о том, что гордятся родиной, что это выглядит как личная история, почему он оказался там, что он там делает и за что любит это место.
