I have only just discovered your you tube channel and am very excited to begin trying your recipes. They all look so delicious and you are very good with your instructions making them easy to follow. I'm grateful that there is English translation available. I live in a country called Wales which is part of the United Kingdom. I don't think I would detract very much from your recipes they seem perfect to me. I may however substitute fresh coriander for parsley just to change things a little now and then Thank you so much.
