J'aime m'amuser à créer des recettes avec peu d'ingrédients en ayant pour base de la farine et un légume (une base de pâte). Aujourd'hui dans la thématique "Vous serez heureux" je vous propose ma recette avec des petits pois ! Une recette économique, qui vous rendra heureux du résultat. Parfait pour les fêtes, pour une entrée de Noël. Vous pouvez remplacer les oeufs par de la viande ou par une sauce crémeuse par exemple. La garniture est fait selon le goût de chacun. Un délicieux repas, rapide à faire. Parfois je fais griller à la poêle dans 1 filet d'huile d'olive les bouchées de petits pois, pour les rendre croustillantes. Bonne dégustation !
I like to have fun creating recipes with few ingredients, based on flour and 1 vegetable (a dough base). Today in the theme "You will be happy" I offer you my recipe with peas! An economical recipe, which will make you happy with the result. Perfect for the holidays, for a Christmas starter. You can replace the eggs with meat or a creamy sauce for example. The filling is made according to the taste of each one. A delicious, quick meal. Sometimes I grill the peas in a pan in a drizzle of olive oil, to make them crisp. Good tasting !

100 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) de farine de qualité
150 g (1/2 cup) de petits pois cuits
Sel
1 poignée de persil
3 oeufs durs
Poivre
Sauce chilli douce ou pimentée ou fromage râpé

Хороший рецепт , но можно вместо обычной муки использовать рисовую. Начинку из рубленого яйца заменить ветчиной , добавить немного тёртого твёрдого сыра .Это разнообразие вариантов и ваша фантазия даёт возможность разнообразить вкус . Дерзайте , фантазируйте . i would have blended the peas first and then added them to the flour. i cant wait to try this recipe.

Grandma used to fry bacon, add some flour and make a roux (pronounced Rue), then add peas or green beans or Heinz vegetarian beans and stuff a pita bread pocket.. . ..

I think I would try this with thawed frozen petite peas. The filling could be anything that would satisfy a "carnivore" or a vegan. Great base.
