I'm sure it would work similarly. You may just have to shake the blender from time to time to get it to crumble. It won't be as fine as the food processor but it should suffice technically

I love the Oreo jello pudding mix, get two boxes, crush up a pack of Oreo double stuff cookies, 4 cups of milk and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix it all together and it’s so good!
