3 eggs.
1 glass of vegetable oil (100 ml).
2 glasses of flour (240 grams).

1 teaspoon of flour (5 grams).

I love watching people from other places make things, so much fun, to see how we do things differently, with the same ingredients! (my mom made a similar cake,in a loaf pan and dolloped topping as as she sliced and served it, in case the whole cake was not eaten at the same time then, the topping went in fridge( dad would sneak a slice and toast it with butter for breakfast!... the fruit is warm and a bit chewy, in this cake when lightly browned on the stove in butter or or toasted in toaster with fresh butter on top)... Thank you for sharing this.

It is always better to prepare everything in advance including sifting the flour, cutting the fruit, preparing the baking dish and greasing the glass before mixing the cake ingredients because the longer you leave cake mixture once mixed the less likely it is to rise satisfactorily. Your cake looks delicious.

Delicious. Is a video about cooking. Cooking is a series of acts. If you get bored in less than 11 minutes why not just thumb through a cook book and take a photo of the recipe and nothing but the recipe?
I love your step-by-step videos, and the fact you dont stand in front of the camera and ramble. Most ppl who do cooking vids do that lol

Yes, lol. It is a fruit cake sweetened with jam instead of sugar, served with fresh cream. I like the 'rope' idea though for separating the two halves of the cake.
