What percentage is your waterborne reduced at? You seem to lay it on heavy. Is it 1 and a half for coverage back to back. Laid that clear out though!!

Its reduced 20%, firts coat i do 70% second for the clouds at 30%. its the system.works very good,but is also very expensive.

what quality of ink did you waste on that side?

as the factory did it bravo.....

Hi my friend,i would say try the 1.2 nozzle and the te20 at 2.0 bar and gun settings open.then try to test different distance,and flash off times between coats,and learn how the clear reacts.when you know how to use the gun,you can act on to the end result of your choise. succes👍
