Have visited Pawanji at Babajee Electronics, three times over the last 10 days or so. In addition to the amazing Acs they carry, they also have Babajee Enterprise, which sells AC installation parts like pipes, wires, insulation, tapes and spare parts. Have purchased 250ft of Mandev Copper pipes of sizes 1/4, 1/2, 5/8 diameter, along with Dignity (white) 2.5 mm 4 core wire. The pipes are amazing, so is the wire. My electrician counted the copper strands in a single core, it was 35 strands. Normally u find only 28 strands even in a heavy gauge wire. Both the products (plus some related consumables like insulation and tapes), are premium products, but I would say it's money well spent. My concealed piping was completed yesterday by Mitsubishi Heavy Fitters. Pawanji also helped out with coordinating the effort both before and at the time of installation. Have also requested Babajee Enterprise to provide me an indoor unit for my old Mitsubishi Heavy AC, which is in its 15th season of running, since 2008. Hope that they get me the indoor unit too.

I have Mistubushi 1.1 hot & cold inverter SRK3‌5‌ZS-S6‌ which working perfectly in 170 square feet top floor room. But sometimes its taking longer duration to cool in extreme summer’s.
