    What diameter is the hose?

External diameter is around 8 mm I would say. The hose came with the syringe itself, so I did not buy it separately. Thanks for your comment!

@@regularguyrepairguy thank you man! Could you list the various components you used for the torque wrench? There seems to be some sort of extender and a articulated joint? Im putting together a shopping list! Can’t wait to get stuck in and try this 😊

@@Hello_there_obi You can see the setup at 1:33. I did not use torque wrench in this case, just regular ratchet and breaker bar. So I've used 8mm hex bit socket, universal articulated joint and extender. I have 1/2 inch socket set from Proxxon which I would highly recommend for general wrenching (Proxxon 23000 Socket set for heavy duty mechanics). I hope that helps and good luck with wrenching on your side. Let us know how it goes!

@@regularguyrepairguy do you not have to tighten everything to a certain torque value though? And thank you I will! You’ve been a big help!

The most proper way is to use a torque wrench, but on a drain plug there was not enough space to even use a socket (I used a hex key). Also with such extension setup for the filler plug, torque will not be exactly as indicated on the torque wrench. Just use common sense and you should be good.
