I have been to both, and I found Mitsis Norida to be significantly better. The steep slope at Grand Blue is very tiring, even though there are carts that can transport you. The food at Norida was also better. Firstly, they have à la carte restaurants, and secondly, the food at Grand Blue was served in an open area, which caused it to get cold quickly. The only reason to recommend Grand Blue would be that you can walk to Kardamena from there.
