    well this is so clear it makes me hate myself less for failing to record dave marcinek's talk in 2014 i tried watching the recommended video Bernandini J 2018 and didnt have the attention span. THIS is a page-turner.

    Hyperinsulinaemia is known to inhinbit autophagy. So if it also inhibits mitophagy (which would be logical) would explain how hyperinsulinaemia in yet another way destroys the cell by letting the damaged mitochondria survive...
