That’s the greatest issue with Big Bang Theory they don’t know how to stop the need to make everything a comedy it kills the emotional connection with them

Jay has old fashioned views and isn't the greatest father ever. But he tries hard to change. And that's why he's amazing.

I was watching this with my big sister. After Claire's speech I turned to ask her a question (I don't remember what it was) and I could see she had tears in her eyes. I asked "Are you crying?" And she punched me in the arm! I love too sis 💕

I mean It's non of your business, just let people live their lifes. I loved and always love how Gloria joins in walking Mitch down the aisle with Jay - even though it starts as a special and important father-son moment between them both, Gloria joining only proves all the same how much she loves all of them as her family and that she and Manny and Joe being born and becoming part of them all as family was a blessing. This is my favourite moment of Mitch and Gloria’s relationship, even though she and Mitch are close in age and she’s his stepmother, Mitch loved and accepted her as family and vice versa even though he was still close with his mother, Dede. I wish there could have been more special moments for Mitch and Gloria in the later seasons because I feel that there weren’t.

Love this scene, especially Jay walking Mitch and the music. The song is "Home - String Quartet Tribute to Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros" if you're interested.

The part that got me was when Claire was talking about her relationship with Mitchell “I was his big sister, his big brother, his protector, his nemesis and his first partner”….any older siblings can relate to this when their siblings get married

Today my brother was born, just as I heard the news, this scene came on. I bursted into tears and no one understood why. This speech was so special to me. I decided to write him a letter. I knew it would be special just like this. I hope someday to read it at his wedding and to compliment me on my great writing as a 13 year old 🤩. My brother is already my best friend and I havent even seen him face to face. I love him. I love him so much and I cant wait to cherish these years. I am coming to tears while righting this. I have never felt this way before and I think I have been longing for this for my whole life. My dad was terrible and he never understood how to comfort or be there for someone. I know I will be there for my brother and be the better person than my bio father. I hope everyone gets to feel this sense of proudness and happiness at least once in their life. I dont know if I will ever feel this way again except for with my brother.

It shows how he became slightly more accepting of his son’s sexuality than he already was that has led up to the point of Mitchell and Cam’s wedding. 0:26 I also liked that Gloria also walked Mitchell down as his real mom, especially since his crazy, irredeemable mother couldn’t make it.

The hilarious thing is because Cam and Jay were the only people really into sports so as wild as Cam could be at times he'd sit with Jay and complain about plays.

The moment I watched this episode, I was determined I want this song played at my wedding as I walk down the aisle. Can't wait!
