I appreciate the efforts made by the Nambardars of Chuchot Shamma and Chuchot Gongma, regarding the misude of picnic spot by students but I want to clarify that currently there is no Goba at Chuchot Yokma. The individual who has claimed to be the Goba of Chuchot Yokma does not have an appointment letter from the relevant authority. Who has given him the right to represent himself as the Goba of Chuchot Yokma?
