Shri Ravan, let's not forget he is till date the most disciplined and biggest devotee of Mahadev. One of the 10 heads was a great scholar, a great king and a great giver. Only his Ego got the best of him through a boon given by Brahma Dev. Shri Ravan has a lot to teach us in the modern age, especially how to get the best of Kalyug along with embracing Brahman teachings. Shri Ravan was not completely evil. On another note, non of this was Myth, it was Reality! Any one who disagrees, take a look in the mirror, today you also carry one of the heads of Ravaan, ego, lust, Greed...TRUTH! Har Har Mahadev ❤

This is the philosophy atheists take so they can slowly tear down the fabric of religiousness. Of course this is also the method that Christian evangelists take as they slowly brainwash Hindus to convert. Coming from Kerala, he is heavily surrounded by anti Hindu rhetoric. The very fact that he subtly discounts everything as stories, myths, mythology and many such subtle references of non belief shows his heart doesn’t hold Hindu Gods in Bhakti. It’s just a theory to study, for him. Wonder what curse this man is living out. I will give one example. Jaya-Vijaya say ‘please don’t keep us away from you for 100 janmas, it is unbearable even if we are your bhaktas. We would rather be your enemies and become examples of good and evil to the world and come back to you in 3 janmas’. But this man described it as ‘They don’t want to be blind bhaktas’. That reveals him to you!!😊

Whilst some of the things this man says may be uncomfortable to hear in the moment, it really gives the intellectual person food for thought. It is such a pity that this is one of Ranveer's shortest podcasts. Why is it so short? Was it too controversial for the masses? It seems to have significantly less views than some of the other podcasts. I am going to have to look out for more from this man as I thoroughly enjoy it when someone challenges my conventional ideas and pushes me to revisit what I think I know.

But we (today humans) are able to control, so even we are better than rishis mentioned in hindu scriptures. - He said Ravan has written so many scriptures/ books, but he(Anand Neelkantan) has no book to support his point - What is the architecture of Ayodhya, (you can go to Patala from there) 3. So amazing to see this academic and analytical breakdown of the epic. Thank you for doing this mate; and this is such a treasure. There has to be huge effort put by the leaders to collate and document all these aspects of our culture, history and being. I know that some govt will pursue their own agenda and crush all varied opinions to push a unified view; but it will be such a disaster if we loose all this information/knowledge. We need to promote people to open up their minds and be accepting of various stories. Afterall the truth and real knowledge lies somewhere between the lines of all these. Thanks mate and keep up the good work. And was truly saddened to see some of the comments that were unaccepting of any other opinion other than one; which shows how closed their minds are and how unwilling are they to learn or grow.

@Anand Neelkanthan sir!!! It's an honor to hear you..finally! 🙏 In college days when I read your book 'Asura' where you touched on this alternative view of Ramayana ( Raavan being Sita's father, Hanuman and Vibhishan being main antagonists and eventually the observer, when he sees what happens to Ayodhya in the end).. I was blown away, there's a perms impression on my head of that book!.. The way you wrote that book, the strong rationale and logic backing it like almost evidences, it opened my mind to multiple interpretations. The proud Hindu that I am, my faith didn't quivered but that was the first time I started accepting our Gods as super humans and not super naturals, incidentally making the concept of 'Avatar' feel so much more possible and logical. And hearing you in this podcast, same mass load of knowledge and energy with lots of depth and no apparent end base, trying to share the 'right' knowledge through multiple perspectives. You deserve the respect you have earned sir.. in leaps and bounds.. 🙏
