1. drink water 30 min before and 90 min after meal. During meal Rather use buttermilk or lime juice. 2. Don't forcefully drink water 3. Don't drink cold water. Drink luke warm 4. Don't drink water in standing position 5. Don't gulp, drink sip by sip

I agree with everything you said, except that we should drink water only when we are thirsty. First, when we are thirsty, it means that our bodies are already dehidrated. Secondly, some of us eat unseasoned or mildly seasoned and light food with minimal amount of salt, and that means that we rarely feel thirsty. Maybe only once a day, and that's why some people drink only a glass or 2 glasses a day, which is just not enough. Next, we should drink a couple of glasses the first thing in the morning when we get up, so to commence cleaning of the whole digestive system. So, it makes much sense that we should drink two glasses when we wake up, and then a glass or two before each meal, and a glass or two an hour/90 minutes after each meal whether we feel thirsty or not.

Yes it is good to ta ke 4 to 5 glasses of water in a day. Spread over the whole day's food intake schedule,without waiting for getting thirsty.

Yes you are very right, drinking water is very important..I really shocked while listening to this lady that drink water only when u feel thirsty ..it's plzzz don't spread false knowledge ..u have to drink water atleast 8 glasses per day.

Agree dear, as when the age reaches to 50 then the nerves system weakened and couldn’t pass the signals of thirst that’s why older people don’t drink enough water and become ill like UTI, BP abnormalities, stomach issues, skin issues etc. Drinking more than 800 to 1000 ml can cause the issues of intoxication

Yes agreed,,, thirst of water means u r already very late to drink, in winters anyone hardly feel thirsty so the whole day cud be passed in one or even less water which is nt good, May be she wants to say don't force urself very much for drinkin, just drink moderately, rest of the points mentioned in vedio makes sense.

My dad used to follow naturopathy and taught me not to drink water during a meal, and I began drinking warm water since the beginning of the Pandemic. Thank you maam. 1. Dont drink water along with food. Butter milk or fruit juices are ok. Drink half an hour prior or 90 min later. 2. Drink only when you are thirsty. Your body is your guide. 3. No chilled water. 4. Sit, relax and drink. Consume hot water when you take excessively cold things like ice cream. 5. Drink sip by sip. Dont gulp down large amounts of water.

No fruit juice with a meal, ever. I did not hear her say that. Herbal teas, or lemon/lime water with meal and takra only at lunch if you can handle it. Fruit juice is heavy and taken with food will cause fermentation in the gut.
Our unlettered Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed us 1500 years ago about sitting and drinking water slowly and not gulping it down. It gives me immense joy to learn today the reasons why we need to sit and drink water slowly. I am thankful to Dr. Hasanaji. 💐

Namaste Doctorji, very valuable information, thank you for introducing this subject which many assume to be straight forward and having no need for instructions. I have heard that we should allow water to settle preferably in a clay pot overnight before drinking - is reverse osmosis water which often sits in a steel tank sufficient?. Maybe you can shed light on this subject in one of your videos.

-always drink warm water -drink whilst sitting down -drink mostly when thirsty , listen to your body -always drink sip by sip , keeps you hydrated and is consumed properly
