Here in Ireland where most rallies are on closed public roads, it’s the norm now to have big areas taped off where the organisers prohibit spectators

Yes but you can’t account for stupid people. The two in question don’t have a cell between them on the 90 right

Wonder if those idiots stood on the outside of the corner are aware of the spectators being killed on this event a few years ago?!
