White Canadians are beneficiaries of a vast network of patronage that exists in Canadian Society. Hazel McCallion is an exemplary of this and was a beneficiary and she at the very most, had to only put in 1/4ths of an effort only a few times, throughout her basic advantage that she had no credit in being provided with.
