I hit level 30 and I didn’t get mine at first, but I changed my spawn location to trips and then I loaded onto a new build and it worked!

Worked for me. I changed it to trips and got the reward after loading back in

if it didn’t work you’d have to restart your app it happen to me and my brother it would say you claimed it and when you restart your app it would let you claim it again and it will be there in your clothing … i hope this helps

you need to claim any mascot you want first and then restart yo game and go to mascot you will gtet it

Go to neighborhood and go to equipment and equip the mascot then go back to clothes and put it on it worked for me

After i reported it n showed proof they gave it to me. It just popped up w the option to pick 1 when i loaded into the park.

I told them what happened what happened and i sent a video clip of my progress from lvl 1 to 40. I let them see that i leveled up level by level.
