I can totally relate to Simon. I felt the same way when my cat went missing one day. Never came home. I looked everywhere, asked everyone. Spent money and time looking for her. Many years passed, I already got new cats. But I still miss and love her. Not a single day passed when i didn't think of her, where she went. Or where she is, or she's even still alive somewhere. Hoping one day i'll get to see her again. Somewhere in this lifetime. Or at the end of the Rainbow Bridge.

That's so sad 😥 My cat used to go missing sometimes, I found out he had several 'homes' where he would get something to eat and a warm place to sleep when we were at work or out. Hopefully your cat had a few other 'homes' and one adopted her.

Gotta hire scent dogs immediately, it's the best chance to find them. And always microchip and put a collar with tag on them, that way if someone picks them up they'll call you. Or the vet will when they bring them in for a checkup. Of course it's best to not let your cat out unsupervised and cat fence a yard if you have one, new cat fences are almost invisible and take up little space.

This episode was so emotional for me. I remember when my ragdol named coco went missing. i was devastated and heartbroken. I did her posters and went every single day to look out for her for 18 days in a row in crazy Irish rain. then a friend suggested to spread her litter all around the area. which i did, i couldnt sleep or eat was praying everyday posting on so many social media pages of local area, and she came back, we both lost 1.5 kilos. she is passed away now and i miss her every day. she was a closest friend one could ever imagine to have in their life.

Omgg, this reminded me so much to when my cat, Caspi got lost! I cried soooo so much. He returned home three days later, but for me it felt like months!! He truly is my baby, he sleeps on my bed under the covers, cuddling with me (he loves cuddling), he makes me watch him eat and sunbathe and scratch him! I just love him so much, whenever I’m sad he purrs and licks my hands or my cheeks! He is so sweet 🖤🥰

A week ago my cat gone missing for 5 days. I went out at 1AM every night and called for her until one day I heard her meowing desperately from a basement. Apparently, they only opened the door once in a while and she got trapped in there. So don't give up on your cat, keep looking!

My very smart mother cat was watching a compilation of real cat videos over my shoulder when I noticed your cartoon and switched over to it to see what it was all about. When it started to play my cat immediately crawled forward, put her chin on her paws and with increased intensity started watching the cartoon. She watched it, fascinated, to the end. She seemed to understand everything that was going on. So apparently you have a feline audience too.

Ah, how I have always loved the way the cat is friends with the fishing gnome. It was cute in the first part when he made sure to say goodbye to it, but the fact that Simon caught onto that and used multiple garden gnomes to lead the cat home in the fourth part... that just leaves me with a warm fuzzy feeling. Ever thought of doing a short that shows how the cat came to "befriend" the fishing gnome?

Simon's cat illustrator knows every move cat's make! In the beginning when the kitten drowsily wakes up then goes back to sleep, he/she stretches out his/her front legs before going back to sleep. That move is soooo spot on.

I lost it when the mice were laughing at the cat. Too funny!

These little episodes are so special. They remind of the shows I used to watch when I was a kid, shows like the Heidi, the girl of the alps series or Pippi Langstrumpf...just beautifully animated and so pure and simple without being over done or overly cute. Wonderful story telling and animation. This is something I would let me kids watch, if I had kids

My cat has been missing for eight days now so I’ve re watched this for comfort. I know exactly how Simon feels. It’s bloody awful. 😢🐈

The love Simon shows for his cats, even when they frustrate him so, is so heartwarming. The trials and tribulations we go through for our furbabies, we go through them willingly. Using the gnomes was a touch of genius. Wonderful!

И смотришь мульт понимая, что кошачьи повадки изображены один в один))) Только сейчас смотря мульт это приносит огромный позитив и улыбку, а в реальности, когда происходили подобные моменты очень хотелось надавать коту по попе)))) И уже в секунде до Коннекта кошачьей попы и тапка котейка находил подход к тайным уголкам моей души и получал словесный выговор))) На который в принципе ему было глубоко наплевать))))

Угу, по попе? Ночь, дом, фонарь и кошка. Бессмысленный и тусклый свет. А тут ещё кошак в подмышке. Что делать то? Идти кормить. Встаёшь! Мизиинцем в угол. И поминаешь всех про вся. А у тебя сидит на ухе. Воняща пухом котося. Ты обернулся, посмотрел. И удивился эту чуду. Сидит кошак, он не при дел. А кошка? А кошка знает все причуды. Сидит вцепившись всеми скопами. И урчит, и что ты мой. Ну как не покормит паскуду. Ведь ночь, фонарь и кошка, дверь. (коД покормлён позже, имхо кошка сжирает его еду)

I had some people renting rooms in my house. I told them I was going to wash my cat only to be told "you can't wash a cat" I went to the bathroom and washed the cat, I also brought a scissors and cut my tee shirt into shreads. I returned to the kitchen with wet cat, tee shirt in tatters saying to the cat "that wasn't too bad, was it?" They got a good laugh.

The kitty doesn't give a damn , he Is like " Who cares , you still have me " 🤣

The part where Simon puts out the gnomes with the flags is so imaginative! Brilliant.

This is so unbelievably heartwarming, this feeling gets so pure, as without any talking the emotions stick out way more ❤️

@@GuardianTiger If that was in irl then he would probably have never found his way home, since cats don't read arrow signs. Just because a story isn't perfectly realistic doesn't change the meaning of the character's actions.

Rip my ears. I had headphones in when Simon’s cat slid down the slide. Also I love how Simon wakes himself up with the shooing away motion usually directed towards his hungry cat

I almost cried, too!

Always puts a smile on my face. This one particular's an experience of my own w/ a graciously happy ending. Six cats and 17 yrs. later. Recently lost one to Cancer a yr. ago and still mourning, it's hard living with out them... it's no longer a saying to me, "Can't imagine living without them." A pet is a child to thyself.

I wish Simon would do more video’s. I’ve loved the, all and they’ve given everyone so much joy.

This one has a lot of funny scenes and sad or poignant scenes. But no matter which, I always lose it when I hear the cat's meows when it's spazzing out about something! xD

I first thought it was a mistake. But he wore the same pair the next morning! It shows Simon is really worried about his cat and not so much what he's putting on daily.

And that is me when I can't find the other pair. Especially when I don't have the time or the desire to go looking for the other one.

Family isn't family without everyone there..in our routine.. so happy they found eachother...

Never get bored watching this episode. As a cat owner, I had the same feeling when my cat was missing for moments. Great story, great animation, great detail, and pretty color. Salute to the Simon's Cat Team :)

When Simon was waywing the cat away even when she was not there it triggered memories for me. When my dog went to the big dogpark i started to wake up in the middle of the night next to my bed since she, my dog, always slept on that side of the bed and i was searching for her. She was not there so i kept creeping more and more torwards where she should have been and ended on the floor. Still sometimes i try to hug her in my sleep allthough its been more than a year whitout her. Animals can give somuch love to you if your lucky and/or deserving.

1:55 is the best part, packed up some fish biscuits and a toy and then ranaway 😂

1:19 Simon's picture looks so cute as a kitten. 5:21 The little kitten is so cute when it's poofy.

My baby Taz loves your cartoon. He hears the cat and jumps in bed and literally smashes my phone on the bed and just watches

My parrot and I both watch these series and he always use to say meowww by seeing white Cat .

It's so funny and cute this is perfect for children and the no talking makes me pay attention to the animations it's such good animation I love it!

This was super cute. I could truly relate to the emotions of Simon missing his beloved kitty. The cat behaviour is spot on as always. Superb animation and nice touch with the kitten and the gnomes.
