But I think mothers do more than a dad because she go through physical,mental and financial toll because physically she gives birth to you and pre pregnancy back pain,stomach cramps,morning sickness,moodswings and thousand other problems.She goes through so many mental health problems and now all of her freedom is gone she cant frequently go out with her friends,she cannot prioritise herself first etc.On the other hand a dad does not have to go through anything except financial toll

"how to be good employee? what are the qualities of a good manager?" i could just relate everything with mother and obtain full marks. i study business mgmt/studies and i thought profession was a permanent job that pays you certain satisfying amount. Never knew personal responsibilities that includes families and friends are also a job. i'm sorry but all of this looks and sounds stupid to me.
