No po, Miss. Kulitan is an independent writing system of Kapampangans. It is not any sort version of Baybayin. Both are considered as Provincial Writing Systems, the same with other Provinces who have their's as well, distinctively. Baybayin is just more relevant due to it has a larger scope of areas mostly in Luzon, where it was used, and is said to be as the Philippine script. However, both writing systems were said used prior to/during/between 16th and 17th centuries before being supplanted by the Latin alphabet during spanish colonization. Correct me if I'm wrong but I am very much certain that Baybayin and Kulitan are far different to one another. Thank you!🤗
