They put Jamaica there for a reason, her moves and confidence! That stage presence is incredible! Wish she won Miss Universe that year

They seriously need to bring back opening dances for this year's pageant

Miss Jamaica did not just steal the opening number, she stole the entire show she was the true star that night. Those judges were blind she is the winner miles ahead in my book.

Miss Jamaica killed the game here! She's a stunner! So beautiful and head turning whe she dances and stands like a strong independent woman! Love her from the Philippines! :)

Miss Jamaica’s fantastic job at the dance and her energy is why she made it so far. She deserved to. Amazing.

I've said this once and I will say it again, this is the most superior production number among all Miss Universe pageants. And this batch executed the steps very well.

The production chose her to show in ahead of the stage is because she is a super model and has a lot of capable in dancing.

You just can't take your eyes off Yendi Phillips Miss Jamaica. She was the X Factor here. She commands the stage.

Cuando de verdad se buscaba a MISS UNIVERSO, la más fabulosa, no la miss tragedia ni la miss caridad, para eso está Miss Mundo la vdd, extraño la era Trump.

Paula Lo exactly! Still felt she should’ve won after Ireland was eliminated. Mexico was pretty but lacked personality and stage presence. Still confused why the judges chose her
