Cooking time totally 10minutes【Serves: 2】
□600ml water
□10ml(4tsp) Mirin or honey instead
□10ml(4tsp)Soy cause
□2tbsp Mentsuyu or 1tsp of HONDASHI
□1.5tbsp Miso
□A small amount of salt
□2pack of Udon
□2 Eggs
□Dried seaweed as much as you like
□baby spinach or frozen spinach as much as you like
※You can use any ingredients! whatever you like!

    I made this tonight, it was delicious! I doubled the recipe and added 400 grams of tofu. I also added more water and skipped the salt. And I decided to fry the egg instead with some sesame oil and salt. Thanks for the recipe!

    I recommend cooking the udon seperate as boiling it in this soup will be it starchy
