He called Lily a slur when she tried to defend him. Remus literally lost all of his friends, got shunned by the wizarding world but he did not take vindictive pleasure in bullying students. Remus was actually really nice to Severus, who in turn, told the whole school he was a werewolf so he would become unemployed again

We don’t really know enough about Peter to make a true judgement, for all we know Voldemort might have promised him he would spear James and Lilly, although still a betrayal, he may have believed it was worth it to keep his friends safe as they can always have another child. I don’t believe Peter wanted to be involved in the war at all, but either would have had good intentions with his betrayal, or really feared for his life and wasn’t brave enough to accept death and chose the selfish option to live

this is such a great representation of peter- i know a lot of representations of young peter are influenced by his later actions, which like yes sometimes you can see that stuff coming from a mile away, but this is totally the kind of behavior a really insecure teenage boy just trying to fit in with his friends would have. copying the way james is hopping around the courtyard, encouraging him and lily "i think its sweet." him eating with two hands jut like a rat is also such a great touch??? hes so eager to please. What a great Peter.

Honestly, this kinda shows how peter was before he betrayed them and I like that a lot. I don't like how artist often exclude peter; he was still a marauder.

Can I just take a moment to say how amazing Peter was, and the actor that played him? I mean, he was so awkward, and needy, like Peter really is. I know not a lot of people like Petigrew, but personally, I love him. I know many people don't, and that's fine. But holy shit, the way they portrayed him in this is exactly how i imagined he would be, with all of his flaws and his adorable mannerisms. And that scene in the beggining where he tries to jump over the hedge? absoulte gold.

I agree. I always saw, and still do, Peter as a version of Neville Longbottom who just never found his bravery and made a horrible mistake in giving in to his fear and going to Voldemort's side.

I love how in the beginning, you hear Peter as a rat, James as a deer, Sirius as a dog, and Remus' werewolf howls. i also love how WOrmtail is kind immature but funny and Moony is the collected and more sophistiacted one

the details are so spot on! From how Peter keeps following everything James and Sirius does, to how the portraits move!

Sirius: The pinnacle of all our wizarding achievements and all we ever use it for is Lily FUCKING Evens. Thats because the person who plays Lily in this is ✨beautiful✨

haha :) - (1) We filmed at Oxford University where we were all studying as students at the time, (2) one of our producers' father happened to own an aviary so we were just lucky about the owl really, (3) we filmed the moving images in another part of the building and used VFX in post
