I am very disappointed that Mis-teeq didn't really honour their mobo Awards. They didn't even thank any of their fans at all?? I think mis-teeq did quite well for a garage girl group Act. I'm sure they regret what they said now, since scandalous peaked 2# on the UK charts. silly girls lol

its really not about that, they had mainstream success on the charts with a more commercial sound and look, whereas SSC was raw and authentic to garage culture, without the pressures of major labels and marketing.

Yeah, I think the point was that Mis-Teeq were a more RnB type group.. Their first two hits were garage remixes but the rest of their albumwas more RnB orientated.

Because Mis-Teeq weren't a "garage" act. They were primarily RnB, and released some garage remixes.. So they felt it was the wrong category.
