You learn the dance on the wrong sides when a video isn't mirrored. For example, if the actual dance move begins on your left foot, you wrongly learn it on your right foot instead because of the video recording. You know how when people say, your right my left when directly facing you. Mirrored helps you learn exactly what foot, hands, and direction the performer uses. it makes your version more accurate...hope this helps.

@@mikiplusdevideos4915no, it’s for everyone. If you’re planning on learning a kpop dance you should learn from the mirrored version. That way you won’t be learning it backwards

When learning a dance routine, you should use a mirrored version as it reflects the way and direction the idol is actually moving. If you were to learn the original video published by New Jeans, you may end up learning everything in the wrong direction of the idol. ( I'm no dancer but I'm currently learning this dance 2 using this video :) Also, it's much easier to learn and follow !!!
